ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The Fiabrsca e-shop accepts payment via bank transfer.
All types of payment will be remitted to Fiabesca di Francesca Becchini, who manages the online sales operations of the Fiabesca e-shop.
At no time is Fiabesca able to accept cash payments, either directly or sent via mail. For any requests, questions or feedback, please contact our team by e-mail.
Please note: This online shop operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro (unless otherwise displayed). If you are paying using another currency, the currency conversion will be based on that day’s exchange rate. There is no extra cost for currency conversion.

 

BANK TRANSFERS
To make a Bank Transfer, please follow these steps:
– Take note of the on-screen instructions for completing the payment. You will be given our IBAN and BIC/SWIFT bank details.
– Contact your bank and arrange payment to the bank account given.
IMPORTANT: Ensure to include the “payment reference number” in the description or reference field of your bank’s specific transfer form.
Your order will be processed once payment has been received. This usually takes an average of 3 business days although this may take as long as 10 business days. As banking delays are beyond Fiabesca’s control, we are unable to reserve stock during this period.
Customers are required to pay all banking costs related to their bank transfer. Failure to do so will result in refusal of payment and shipping delays.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, the Fiabesca partners with the best express delivery services available. Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of product(s) being shipped.
At the bottom of this page, you will find a list of countries to which the Fiabesca sends and an estimated cost of shipment to each.
The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen.
The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.
Order processing:
Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.
racking your order:
Once the package is sent, you will receive a tracking number. You can enter this number on the courier’s homepage to track the real-time shipping status of your order from initial shipment to arrival.
Shipping times:
– In general, shipments in Italy are delivered within 48 to 96 hours from the time of sending.
– Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately five days.

TAXES AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES
Inside the European Union:
There are no additional custom fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.

 

COUNTRIES AND SHIPPING COST
Below please find the list of countries which the Fiabesca e-shop is currently able to ship to. The displayed shipping costs change in accordance with the actual weight of your shopping cart. The final shipping cost will be displayed in your cart.
Shipments in the European Economic Community calculate import duties, custom fees and local sales taxes within the price published on the web site.
There are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.
(Ue countries includes: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.)
Shipment fees: Italy EURO 7,39, UE EURO 21,50.
We ship for free in orders up to euro 200,00.

 

RETURN POLICY
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Returned products must have all the origianl labels attached and be in their original packaging.
You must complete the online Return Process to register your return on our system (see below for more details).

 

CHANGING COLOUR AND/OR SIZE
Please note: Some products come in one size/colour/length only. These products can therefore not be changed for a different size/colour/length/etc. If you wish to change such a product, please contact Fiabesca by e-mail.

Who pays for the shipping?
The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. However, we will pay 50%  to ship the new product/s to you.

When will the change be made?
Your new product/s will be shipped once we have received the original product/s back in our warehouse.

 

REFUNDS
If you don’t want the product/s and wish to receive a refund, please se da an e-mail.

How much will be refunded?
The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. The customer will be refunded the value of the returned product/s only.

How will the money be refunded?
Please note: This online shop operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro.
Returned products that were paid for via national bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer upon your communication of the following necessary bank information to our Customer Care Team: IBAN and account holder information for Italian bank accounts.

When will the refund be processed?
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product/s arrive in our warehouse. Please note:  be aware that the refund will appear in your statement under the name ‘Fiabesca’.

 

FAULT OR ERROR
If there was a fault or error with your product/order: contact Fiabesca.
Select whether you would like to change the product or receive a refund.
Please write here that there was a fault or error with your product/order and explain what that fault/error is.
Finally, do not send the product back until you have first contacted our Team.
